Take control of your kidney health by attending a 90-minute, no-cost Kidney Smart class led by expert educators in your community. You'll learn about:
Chronic kidney disease and its causes Diet and nutrition Benefits of employment and managing insurance Treatment choices that may be available to you
Simply provide a few details about yourself and how to reach you, and your Kidney Smart class registration will be complete. A Kidney Smart educator will call you prior to the class as a reminder and to answer any questions.
