Yoga nidra is a simple and effective way to bridge the gap between conscious awareness and your subconscious mind. It is a tool for mining the strengths and talents that usually lie hidden within you or buried under old habits. Yoga nidra allows you to set intentions at the subconscious level, aiding you in your quest for positive change. Yogis believe that lasting change is realized after 11 sessions. Yoga Nidra with Cindy will meet 11 times for one hour in hopes of experiencing its life-enhancing power. Participants can lay on a mat or sit in a chair for this deep guided meditation. Blankets will be provided.
