Stay Fit with Laura features 30 minutes of Tabata-style training on the indoor spinner in the Cycling Studio followed by 15 minutes of three, full-body Tabata in the group exercise room. Tabata on the bike allows participants to crush intervals during a cycling session varying cardiovascular intensity, giving you control on how hard you go and making it super beginner-friendly.
