It’s FAR FROM your average boot camp class! Come join the 45 minute class, 30 Minutes is HIIT on the Spinning bike and 15 Minutes of Tabata HIIT Functional Training to target the entire body.

Cost:
Members: 8 sessions for  $60, Non- Members: 8 sessions for $85

Minimum of 4 participants and a Maximum of 19 per Class Sessions
