Body Sports Psychology is a yogic technique used to address physical injury or pain, or mental and emotional stress or trauma. The sessions will include deep relaxation to connect mind and body, physical postures that will aide mind/body connection and relax you deeper. Discover postures that bring you to a STRONG edge, energetic diffusion technique, verbal cues to guide you and finally a time of integration and rest. Cindy, Group Exercise Instructor, will help you move to your edge by physically moving your body if and when needed.

Cost for Five Sessions:Members – $60.00 / Non-member – $85.00
