An event every week that begins at 5:45 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until January 31, 2019
In this small group training, you will take your yoga practice to a new level by sequencing traditional poses (physical) to align with the chakras (energy). Each practice will develop our understanding of the chakras and use specific sequences of poses to channel energy and remove blockages. The yoga practice for the first session will be an overview of all 7 Chakras. The remaining seven sessions will highlight one chakra and include yoga sequences to align all the chakras.
